You will be surprised by the myriads of workout guides that can show you the workout hacks with or without equipment right at your place. Consider the space and the time you have; but, a 20-minute workout at your living area should be enough to keep your body healthy and fit.

The precursors of Vitamin D are naturally available on your skin. Those molecules are activated by the sun. Therefore, soaking some morning sun is a good activity to harvest the vitamin for your body. Vitamin D is an excellent substance to improve the health of your bones, help to strengthen your immune system, and prevent cancer. Morning, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, is the best time to sunbathe.

The internet helps us to shorten the distance, even in the case of work, whether it’s work from home or work from the hotel. You make and own the rule: the break time, the office location (and even the view), the dress code, and even the music. To make it easier for you, make sure you have provided yourself with some productivity apps, like Zoom or Skype, Trello or Slack, and any reminder you might need.

Make your kitchen (or kitchenette) your domain. No need to order foods from restaurants, you can now polish your cooking skills. Hit YouTube for cooking tutorials, or hit Pinterest and CookPad for you recipes to suit your needs. You don’t even need to go outside for the groceries as there are grocery-delivery apps, which might help with your food supplies. How about focusing on healthier, more organic foods?
