Maybe it's something about being French but our architect has managed to create a unique and very stylish complex combining the best of western and tropical design into a light and sophisticated place to live. Only 24 residences are being built each one reflecting our vision for a discreet and secure place on an island that is famous for its spiritual qualities as well as its beauty.

Following an overall theme of contemporary chic we have many common elements throughout the residences; each residence has a plunge pool, luxurious bathroom with a full length bath, separate shower and toilet and twin sinks. Our kitchen includes all cooking essentials plus a stove top and microwave while our bedrooms offer a choice of kingsize or twin beds.

Flooring throughout each residence is in polished andesite a dark grey stone that is cool and reflects the ambient lighting you can set to your own levels of comfort. High ceilings and large glass windows and doors offer a bright and airy atmosphere inside while outside in the garden you can catch the morning sun beside your own pool.

Studio Suites :
Designed as a complete lifestyle solution in an area of almost 100 square meters our studio suites have all the luxury elements you expect from a hotel for a very reasonable price. For holidays or longer stays our interior planning ensures you have the space to be alone when you want to be. We are building only 10 of these quality suites which include plasma TV, kitchen and poolside relaxation deck.

One Bedroom Residence :
For entertaining friends there is an open living area or for those with children there is a sofa bed whatever the reason this stylish and roomy residence takes full advantage of the 130 square meters of designer space. Take your meals by the pool, on the terrace or in the living room; the choices are many and advantages obvious for those who need their own personal living space.

Two Bedroom Residencies :
Only 5 of these top-of-the-line residences will be created, each level is designed to be self contained with a plunge pool and deck on the ground floor and Balinese bale or lazy pavilion on the upper floor. With a ground area of 156 square meters there is ample opportunity for 4 people to enjoy each other's company or have their own time alone; the choice is theirs.

All residences will have broadband, cable TV and a desk for computer hook up.
